A leading lifecycle optimisation solutions company has announced that it is continuing to see Latvian Forestry investors seeking assistance with improving efficiency and profits.

Remsoft has announced that many innovative and frontline forestry organisations are getting in touch for assistance with optimising land assets, improving sustainability and generally becoming more efficient organisations.

Not least of these organisations was the Latvian government. It looked to Remsoft and its partner Savcor Forest in order to optimise operational harvest planning as well as advice on how best to meet sustainability objectives.

Doug Jones, vice president of Forestry at Remsoft, said: "Forestry organizations are embracing asset optimization to increase the sustainability and profitability of their resources.

"Remsoft's traction across forestry and other industries is a testament to the value that can be created simply from better management and planning."

Latvia is currently believed to be one of the main global hotspots for forestry investment.
